Khalid Diab, General Manager
Khalid Diab has always had a passion for the restaurant industry. He lived in Chicago for twenty years, where he worked his way up the restaurant food chain. He shared his talents with many restaurants and major corporations, including the McCormick & Schmicks of Chicago.
In 2003 Khalid left Illinois for the city of Detroit. Here in Detroit, Khlaid is responsible for the success of Sweet Georgia Browns, various restaurants of the Chuck Muer Group, as well Mosaic which received the "Second Hottest Concept" award in 2006.
