The Whitney is pleased to announce our innovative new Rewards Program. Receive Whitney Points at 5.0% of the bill amount* (see Rules). Each Whitney Point earned equals $1 off your next bill. Points are redeemable on your next visit or can be accumulated to build larger amounts.

Additionally, for the ultimate in reward program freedom, card holders may exchange 500 Whitney points for a Visa Gift Card in the amount of $200! The Visa Gift Card is good at literally thousands of locations anywhere Visa Debit Gift Cards are accepted. The more you dine at The Whitney, the more Points you earn.   Rules and Regulations
  1. The Whitney Points program rewards 5.0% of every dollar spent in The Whitney restaurant during valid periods. Banquets and Out-Catering are not redeemable for Whitney Points. All card applications must be made in writing by filling out The Whitney Point application. There is a one-time $10 enrollment fee.
  2. Points are given on Whitney food and beverage. Points are awarded on dollars spent after any promotional discount is deducted. Tax and gratuity are not subject to points. In order to receive points your card must be physically present at the time of the transaction.
  3. Whitney Points are not transferable. Points program is for individuals only when the individual card holder is present during the meal. No corporate accounts.
  4. If a Whitney Points card is lost, all accumulated Points are forfeited.
  5. Some Blackout Days and restrictions may apply.
  6. Points have no cash value; they are only redeemable at The Whitney for food and beverage. Once 500 points are earned, the Point holder may redeem for a $200 Visa Gift Card. No more than three Visa Gift Cards can be received by an individual card holder within a one month time period. No individual can earn more than five Visa Gift Cards over any time period without prior approval of Whitney management regardless of spending amount.
  7. The Whitney may change membership rules/regulations and rewards without notice.
  8. Employees and families of The Whitney are not permitted to participate in this program.
  9. The Whitney Points program may be revoked by Whitney management with 60-days notice.
  10. Points are rewarded immediately at the point of purchase. This Point update is computer-generated and a receipt will be given to you. It is the Member's responsibility to check for the accuracy of the point total and to verify the account number. There can be no dispute of point total after the fact.
  11. Dining points are not earned when paying with a Whitney Gift Card.
  12. Points can only be rewarded when a valid Whitney Points Card is presented. No card presented, No points earned. No dining points can be added after the meal has concluded.
  13. Balance inquiries can be done at the time of purchase.
  14. Whitney Point conversion to Visa Gift Cards must be done in writing and on-site at the restaurant. Processing the reward may take up to two weeks.
  15. Visa Check Card recipients are subject to any and all Visa program rules and regulations.
  16. Federal and state liabilities remain the responsibility of the cardholder.
  17. 500 Whitney Points may be redeemed for a $200 Visa Gift Card. Cardholder must have all 500 Points available at time of transaction. No partial payment available. Points above the 500 level can be retained on the Whitney Points card.
  18. If in the determination of The Whitney any fraud, deceit or deception is used to obtain Whitney Points, all accumulated points will be forfeited. The Whitney reserves the right to deny Points to any shareholder for any reason whatsoever.
