CityFest Returns to The Whitney in Detroit Sept. 8-17
CityFest, The Whitney restaurant’s eighth annual Celebration of Spirited Dining, 10 days of special dining events, will run Sept. 8-17 at the mansion-turned-restaurant on Woodward Avenue in Detroit.
